The Riga Christmas Market is now open in Dome Square – offering Latvian homemade and artisan products, a rich cultural programme, entertainment for the youngest visitors, and warm togetherness in a festive atmosphere. The market will be open until 4 January.
This year marks the 25th Riga Christmas Market, which has become a cherished holiday-season tradition for both locals and visitors of Riga. In more than 80 stalls run by Latvian small producers and artisans, visitors can browse and purchase locally made crafts, foods, and drinks.

The Christmas tree in Dome Square has been shining since the moment the market opened, and this evening, 28 November, from 19:00 to 23:00, DJ Ķilkuts will invite everyone to join in festive dance rhythms. On Saturday, 29 November, from 20:00 to 23:00, the party continues with DJ Dubra, while on 30 November at 17:00 the opening ceremony of the Riga Christmas Market will take place along with a concert by the Daile Theatre’s 10th Studio.
Santa Claus will be welcoming visitors in his little house at Dome Square on weekends starting from 4 December. The full cultural and entertainment programme can be found HERE.

– Friday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (hot drinks until 11:00 PM)
