A broad cultural programme for a special festive atmosphere

At the Riga Christmas Market special attention is given to children’s entertainment every year – on weekends and public holidays, there will be opportunities to meet Santa Claus and his elves, enjoy carousel rides, go pony riding, see the sheep, as well as take part in creative workshops.

On weekends, an extensive cultural programme is planned – from folklore and traditional dances to evening dance events accompanied by DJs.

On Friday evenings, DJ Aspirīns, DJ All-Viss, DJ Dubra, DJ Edgar Storm, DJ Kārlis Zariņš, DJ Ķilkuts, DJ Jāns, DJ Mārtiņš Zieds, and DJ Plastix will perform, lifting visitors’ spirits with cheerful vibes and dancing. On Saturdays and Sundays, various music groups, choirs, children’s vocal ensembles, folklore groups, the Riga Dance Club, Katrīna Dimanta, the duo Erdmane Kronbergs, MADA, Elizabete Gaile, the band “Dzilna”, Bad Habits, Mikus Frišfelds, Annija Putniņa, and others will take the stage.
